Larger companies, already established in the national or international market, can rent laboratories for their Research and Development teams in one of the buildings of the Park or build them according to their needs, by means of agreements with Unicamp which will be facilitated by the Management team of the Park.
It is the ideal model for corporations that seek interaction with the innovative community using Unicamp as a competitive differential for their business.
Instructions
1. Establish a research project in partnership with the University. Inova’s team can assist you.
2. Get to know the Park's infrastructure and define the best option for your facility: in laboratories of existing buildings or in made-to-measure spaces for your company (Built to Suit).
3.a. Submit your proposal for renting laboratories in the buildings of the Park via a proposal selection notice or choose the Built to Suit model (see below).
3.b. If you choose the Built to Suit model, structure the design of your made-to-measure laboratory with the support of the Park's team so that you can set up your company with agility and efficiency.
4. After the approval of your proposals and you set up your company in the Park, your contract can be renewed for up to 10 years.
