Kalamazoo Natural Solutions was created from an idea of Ph.D. students from the School of Food Engineering (FEA/UNICAMP) after applying to a project of innovative research in Startups (PIPE) at the State of São Paulo Research Foundation (FAPESP) in 2019. The startup aims to be part of the hop production chain providing solutions to the farmers and industries, and at the same time, adding value to the Brazilian hop products through innovative, socially aware, and environmentally friendly technologies
